Meet Cheryl

It has been said that if you love your job you will perform well and be the happiest in life. That being said, I love my job and have been helping people find their dream homes for over 15 years. The people I meet and the satisfaction I get from buying and selling them a home help to make the transaction positive for all parties.

As a previous business owner, my experience translates seamlessly into outstanding client service. I ensure that I give my clients top-notch information and market insight to make the best possible decisions.

A North Dakota native, I moved to Arizona 40 years ago to attend the University of Arizona MBA program. Of course, the sunshine and outdoor lifestyle Arizona offers helped in my decision to move as well. I have been married for 30 years and have two grown daughters. I stay active with Yoga and Pilates practice; and, I love to hike the beautiful Arizona landscape.

I have worked in every aspect of the real estate business representing buyers, sellers, and investors. My thorough understanding of residential real estate land, new builds, and resale makes me a great asset to my clients.

Nothing makes me happier than finding that "dream home" for my clients. My biggest reward is when they show their gratitude with a heartfelt thank you or a big hug because I then know I've done my job. Building trust and loyalty with each other often leads to lasting friendships. I get to experience seeing them in their homes and building new lives together.

Referrals mean the world to me and are the backbone of my business which ensures that I am doing things right!
